CHECK IN
• Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. Please notify the staff if you are pregnant, have allergies, or have a medical condition that needs special attention.
LATE ARRIVALS
• If for any reason you arrive to your appointment a few minutes late, your treatment will be provided on the time left for your scheduled appointment but full charges will apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment, please give at least 6 hours notice to avoid charges.
