Unlike the previous dishes, the 7 seas soup is served hot and the recipe includes fish, scallops, clams, catfish, shrimp and vegetables such as celery, carrots and tomatoes.   All of this is seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and if you prefer a hint of cilantro.

There are two different types of cocktails that you can enjoy, single or mixed. The first includes only one selection of seafood such as shrimp, octopus or clam and the second combines all of the seasonal seafood.  The delicacies are dipped in a lemon and tomato juice that is mixed with fresh tomato, onion, chili, avocado and cilantro. Then it is served in a large wine glass and is typically accompanied by crackers or tortilla chips.
