Rosarito-Ensenada Bicycle Ride

Would do you like to take part on bike ride in which you can admire beautiful sceneries with hills, long flat stretches with mustard grass and wonderful views of the Pacific Ocean? Well… this is exactly what the traditional Rosarito-Ensenada bicycle ride offers you in its 50 miles journey. It has become one of the most expected activities in both the cycling community and among general public. This year celebrates its 32nd anniversary and its next ride is going to take place this May 14th.
Because of the number of participants it is organized two times a year (usually in April and September). It has been recognized by the LA’s Sports & Fitness Magazine and Competitor Magazine as a Best Cycling Event and Best International Cycling Event.
You will cruise beside the ocean, through charming beach towns and over rugged, undeveloped coastline in the first 22 miles. The next 2 miles is going to be where you will test your strength with a climb of 7.5°, but do not worry what follows is a long line to go with 8 miles of descent.
And because your safety is very important, the organizers establish 4 first aid stations throughout the path that will provide free sports drinks, natural water, clean restrooms and bike repair. In addition you will find medical aid through the course.
But this activity is not only about beautiful views and the physic effort; at the moment you arrive to Ensenada you will find a welcome party in the headquarters hotel where you will receive a commemorative medal and where you can celebrate your arrival with live music, food and refreshing drinks.
