From September 22nd – 25th the event “Baja Sea Food Expo” will be holding in Ensenada. It is prepared to promote the sea products and their consumption and it is organized under the supervision of the Baja Sea Food Expo A. C. integrated by groups from the fishing economic chain that goes from its production until it is placed on a prepared dish.
As part of the programmed activities we can mention:
FISHERIES AND AQUACULTURE COMMERCIAL EXPO. The objective of this event is to strength and increase the commercial relations between producers, providers, buyers, distributors and service providers.
3RD INTERNATIONAL SYMPOSIUM FOR AQUACULTURE FOOD SAFETY AND SANITATION.
33RD ANNUAL FISH AND SEAFOOD FESTIVAL. Started as an event to encourage recipes based on seafood and fish nowadays is recognized as a sideboard that showcase the best of Ensenada and like a gastronomic event nationally and internationally.
3RD NATIONAL SEAFOOD AND GASTRONOMIC CONTEST. The competition jury meets in various culinary disciplines and it is formed by chefs, sommeliers and journalists of the subject.
Also in this event is offered a finance seminar and business matchmaking that informs, supports and promotes the building of commercial relations between the participants. There’s no doubt that Baja Sea Food Expo is one of the biggest events that are made in Ensenada.
